Common help topics

Location: First Chair uses location permission to show nearby mountain context and avalanche information. You can change permission in iOS Settings.
Offline maps: Download map regions before remote days and keep the app open until the download finishes.
Alerts: Powder and avalanche update alerts can be enabled or disabled in the app settings.
Purchases: Use Restore Purchases in the app if the Ambassador Lifetime entitlement does not appear on a new device.
Account deletion: Use the account deletion flow in the app if you signed in and want to delete associated Firebase account data.
